Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) professional to design and deliver impactful training solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning, partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, and implement effective learning strategies. Role & responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create tailored solutions. Develop and deliver scalable L&D strategies aligned with business goals. Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs. Manage external training vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous learning using dynamic tools and platforms. Measure and optimize training effectiveness using relevant metrics. Stay updated on L&D trends and adjust strategies proactively. Preferred candidate profile Requirements Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR or L&D with a minimum of 2 years in a full-time facilitation role. Skills: Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training programs. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of initiatives. Proficiency in using modern L&D tools and learning management systems (LMS). Mindset: Curious, self-motivated, resilient, and innovative. Passion for L&D and readiness to get hands dirty to get the job done.
