Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across units and departments.
  • Design and deliver training modules for staff at all levels—induction, functional, and soft skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and audits.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documents.
  • Work closely with unit managers and department heads to improve employee performance.
  • Conduct property visits to ensure training consistency at all units.
  • Identify skill gaps and introduce new programs to enhance service quality.
  • Plan and conduct leadership development and succession planning activities.
  • Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement, and performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development within the hotel industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to design training content and deliver engaging sessions.
  • Understanding of hotel operations across departments (FO, F&B, HK, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel to different units for training sessions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and training documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
