Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate learning programs, and ensure the effectiveness and compliance of our L&D initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, strong data management skills, and a willingness to engage in administrative tasks. This role is office-based, requiring 5 days of attendance per week. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to plan and execute both internal and external learning programs, including online and offline delivery. Facilitate leadership, management, personal effectiveness, and technical training initiatives. Manage workload and prioritize tasks to deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting efficiently. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all L&D activities through established frameworks. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with L&D policies and procedures. Assist the L&D leadership team with special projects, reporting, and administrative duties. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room reservations, catering, and supplies. Organize induction programs for new employees and address L&D-related queries. Perform administrative tasks such as LMS updates, data validation, and vendor management. Load training sessions into the Learning Management System (LMS) and prepare statistical reports. Ensure confidentiality in all work-related matters. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development. Proficiency in data management, particularly with Excel. Experience in administrative, HR, or event management is a plus. Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week.
