Training Design & Development : Develop and implement engaging and impactful training programs tailored to the needs of the organization. Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments. Customize content for different learning styles (in-person, online, blended learning, etc.). Training Delivery : Facilitate training sessions for new hires, leadership teams, and department-specific training. Deliver training sessions on topics such as leadership development, compliance, soft skills, technical skills, customer service, and other areas as needed. Use various training methods such as workshops, seminars, e-learning, role-playing, and one-on-one coaching. Needs Assessment & Evaluation : Conduct regular assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training needs across different departments. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Use feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with HR, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee development. Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of training. Track Training Metrics & Reporting : Maintain records of training attendance, completion, and results. Prepare and deliver training reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as completion rates, engagement levels, and performance improvements. Experience : 6+ years of experience as a corporate trainer, learning and development specialist, or similar role. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, webinars, etc.). Skills : Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to engage and motivate participants in learning environments. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
