Are you passionate about employee development and eager to gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development (L&D)? ANSR is looking for a motivated L&D Intern to support our training initiatives and help create impactful learning experiences for employees. What Youll Do Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs. Support content creation for e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Analyze training effectiveness and collect feedback for improvements. Maintain learning management system (LMS) records and track employee participation. Research industry best practices to enhance L&D strategies. Support administrative tasks related to learning programs and employee development. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field . Strong interest in Learning & Development, Training, or Employee Growth . Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with LMS is a plus. Why Join Us?
