Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Intern based in Dehradun. The intern will assist in designing and implementing training programs, managing learning platforms, and creating instructional materials. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with teams to ensure effective program delivery, organizing workshops and seminars, supporting coaching initiatives, and contributing to performance development strategies. The role requires active collaboration with various stakeholders to promote and enhance learning culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Coaching methodologies and a passion for enhancing individual and team performance.
• Enthusiasm for professional development, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
