Innovative Learning Tools : Introduce and manage new learning technologies aligned with business priorities. Analytics : Leverage learning analytics to track trends in organizational learning agility and effectiveness. Qualifications : 6 to 8 years of experience in L&D, with a focus on training analysis, competency development, and technology implementation. Strong experience with LMS platforms and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
