Company: International Institute for Data Science & Technology (IIDST) Company Website: https://iidst.org Location: Noida Sector 62 Experience: 0–2 Years Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Mode: Onsite Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive to join our team. The role involves delivering internal product training, conducting student orientations, imparting soft skills sessions, and supporting corporate relationship building to ensure successful student placements.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about learning and development, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced education and training environment. Key Responsibilities: Product Training: Conduct regular product and process training sessions for new and existing employees to ensure alignment with company standards. Student Orientation: Host orientation sessions for newly enrolled students, introducing them to course structure, expectations, and available support. Soft Skills Training: Facilitate soft skills sessions (communication, teamwork, time management, etc.) for enrolled students to enhance their employability. Corporate Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders to support student placements. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and help design learning modules accordingly. Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyze training feedback, track attendance, and report on training outcomes and improvements.
