Sr. Manager Learn (Grade 11,12) in Education Dept. @Coschool Overview : At Coschool, we are building a next-gen Ed-tech platform that will revolutionize the way learning is imparted. We are currently expanding our engineering team and looking to add passionate developers who can work in a dynamic fast-paced environment to build products that impact millions of students. As Manager - Learn (Grades 11 & 12), you will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and driving the content development process for senior secondary grades. In this role, you will work closely with design and various other sections of the education department to ensure that student learning content is developed according to product specifications. You will collaborate with Team Leads from different curriculum areas, subjects, and grades to oversee content readiness. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team and aligned processes to ingest content for each subject. Open thriving work environment Opportunity to work on global product A chance to shape product experience at scale Your Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Team Leads across various curriculum, subjects, and grades to ensure student learning content readiness according to product specifications. Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. • Set goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their potential. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of new team members. Ensure that the team stays updated with the latest developments in the education sector. Coordinate with other departments or teams to align the teams work with overall organizational goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve the team's performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the education sector. Manage the project to ensure adherence to timelines. Your Qualities: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong leadership and team management capabilities: Analytical problem-solving and collaborative skills Continuous learning mindset with strong execution abilities to deliver high-quality results. Knowledge of Grade 11 & 12 curriculum and content structuring. Familiarity with latest educational research and trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent in data management skills. A sharp candidate who is quick with responses and plays a key role in critical decision making. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with teachers and other contributors. Proficiency in MS Office, Data Management, AI tools, and educational technology. Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data handling, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role. Experience in project management is an added advantage. What We Need: Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess any Masters degree Certification in Education teaching qualification will be added advantage Curriculum Development, Science, Mathematics or a related field Location: Work from Office - Hyderabad
