Role Overview The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in sourcing, processing, and managing business loan applications in partnership with banks. The BDE will be responsible for field-level engagement with farmers, FPOs, MSMEs, and bank branches, ensuring smooth loan sourcing and disbursement through the AGRANI platform (LOS & LMS). Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Sourcing Identify and source loan leads (KCC, Commodity Finance, FPO Finance, Dairy, Business Loans, etc.) in assigned districts. Engage with farmers, FPOs, and local businesses to create awareness about banking products. • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders like panchayats, farmer groups, cooperatives, and retailers. . 2. Bank Branch Coordination Act as the primary link between LeadsConnect and Bank branches. Submit and track applications in the CRM / Agrani App. Ensure timely follow-up with bank officials for sanction and disbursement of loans. 3. Field Activities Conduct village-level meetings, awareness sessions, and loan camps. Collect required KYC and financial documents from clients. Support in CIBIL/credit check process with client consent. 4. Business Monitoring & Reporting Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets as defined. Submit daily sourcing, sanction, and disbursement updates in the prescribed format. Provide MIS reports on field activities and branch interactions. 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all loan files are complete in documentation as per bank norms. Adhere to compliance guidelines issued by LeadsConnect and partner banks. Avoid any malpractice; maintain transparency and integrity in operations. Qualifications & Skills Required Minimum Graduate (Commerce / Agriculture / Business preferred). 13 years of experience in sales/financial services/agribusiness (Freshers with strong local knowledge can be considered). Knowledge of agri-finance / banking products will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (local language proficiency is a must). Ability to travel extensively within the district. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and Android mobile applications.
