Leads Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage

    Meta Ads campaigns

    (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement effective

    targeting strategies

    to reach relevant audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to enhance ad creatives and messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

  • 13 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns through

    Meta Ads Manager

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization techniques

    .
  • Experience with

    lead generation campaigns

    and understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
