Role & responsibilities Yarn Sourcing : Develop and execute yarn sourcing strategies Finished Goods Sourcing : Co-ordinating and closely following up with different time zone vendors for production/samples/all other sourcing activities. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality, sustainability or ethical standards. Sample Developments : Collaborate with design, product development, and operations teams to manage product programs, from fabric/yarn selection to final production, ensuring timelines and specifications are met. Close coordination with US team and streamlining the process. Single Handling all the transactions from the sample developments till the FG shipments. Being a part of Tech pack development for each new product Yarn sourcing to the fabric division as per the plant requirement includes quality, delivery and price. Preferred candidate profile Global sourcing professionals in the home textile industry play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, and sustainable supply chain practices across global markets.
