Leadership Role in Digital for Medtech/Pharma/Lifesciences/Healthcare

As an accomplished and strategic Senior Digital Delivery Leader, your responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital products and services driving healthcare innovation and enhancing patient outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex project portfolios, and bridge the gap between technology and business strategy. Your deep understanding of agile delivery frameworks and the highly regulated medical device industry will ensure efficient, on-budget, and compliant solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the digital product and solutions roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership and business stakeholders. - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to project delivery, regulatory compliance, and technology stack. - Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery. - Recruit, mentor, and coach high-performing delivery teams to foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product managers, marketing, and regulatory departments for a unified approach to delivery. - Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems, integrate connected devices, and migrate platforms to secure, scalable cloud environments. - Develop and refine agile delivery frameworks to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and elevate product quality. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery velocity, project health, and business impact, reporting outcomes to leadership. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of experience in technology and delivery leadership roles, with a focus on digital health, medical devices, or life sciences for at least 5 years. - Proven expertise in guiding digital transformation and leading the delivery of enterprise-level programs. - Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, QA, product, and regulatory affairs. - Deep knowledge of the Medtech industry, including quality management systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, and security standards. - Strong command of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team performance and ensure consistent value delivery. - Ability to align digital delivery with strategic business goals, manage budgets, and engage with C-level stakeholders for impactful outcomes.
