Job Title: UK Recruiter Sales & Leadership Hiring Location: Lucknow, India Shift: UK Business Hours Experience: 3+ years in Sales & Leadership Hiring (UK & Europe Region) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Jconnect Infotech Inc is seeking an experienced UK Recruiter to specialize in Sales and Leadership hiring across the UK & Europe region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top sales and leadership talent for our clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and leadership roles across the UK & Europe. 2. Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping. 3. Conduct initial screenings, and competency-based interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on client needs. 4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales and leadership talent. 5. Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver top-tier candidates. 6. Manage the offer negotiation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. 7. Stay updated with UK & European hiring trends and employment regulations. 8. Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards for performance tracking. Key Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in recruiting for sales and leadership roles within the UK & Europe markets. - Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and recruitment best practices. - Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and CRM tools. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles efficiently. - Prior experience working in a fast-paced recruitment agency or RPO environment is preferred.
