Position Overview
Position Title: Leadership Development Specialist
Location: Bangalore
Scope
The Leadership Development Specialist serves as a vital member of the Chief Leadership Office, dedicated to identifying and evaluating both current and emerging leaders within the organization. This role ensures that leadership capabilities are aligned with Quest Global's strategic objectives.As a key contributor, the specialist shapes the way Quest Global defines, assesses, and develops leadership qualities that are critical to organizational success. The position provides thought partnership and practical support in all aspects of Leadership Assessment and Development.In addition to these core responsibilities, the Leadership Development Specialist may participate in a range of initiatives, including coaching and mentoring leaders, facilitating workshops, delivering capability training, and guiding experiential learning programs. These activities help to reinforce leadership competencies and foster continuous growth across the organization.
Candidate Profile
The Leadership Development Specialist assesses senior leadership competency, tailors individual development plans, and supports succession planning efforts. The role requires proficiency with various talent development tools and processes including behavioral-based interviews, 360-degree feedback, psychometric assessments, and leadership simulations.

Key Responsibilities
Capability Framework Design
- Support the design and development of capability frameworks, continuously evolving Quest Global success profiles, capability models and core leadership standards.
- Maintain and update level-based leadership capability models, aligning updates with evolving business and talent needs.
- Support documentation, version control, and knowledge assets related to success profiles and behavioral indicators.
- Conduct external and internal benchmarking to feed updates into leadership capability frameworks.
Leadership Assessment and Development Execution
- Collaborate with PMO to execute the implementation of leadership assessments (e.g., 360s, structured interviews), ensuring delivery excellence and data integrity.
- Lead and support enterprise-wide leadership assessments (e.g., 360s, structured interviews) to evaluate readiness and inform development plans.
- Support the development of program templates and collaborate with the Leadership Development Team to track progress and ensure high quality experience and insights across cohorts.
- Prepare insights and provide thought leadership to support talent review and development planning discussions.
Stakeholder Management
- Support Talent Partners and LDP participant leaders to co-develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on assessment insights and leadership requirements
- Assist in building and updating dashboards that track leadership bench, HiPo movement, and capability gaps.
- Analyze talent data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to produce clear summaries and visuals for stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning analytics under the guidance of the Head of ATS and senior stakeholders.
Governance and Quest Global Systems
- Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with leadership assessment and development protocols.
- Coordinate across systems (e.g., HRIS) to ensure leadership data is synced and accurate.
- Support audit readiness and reporting requirements for leadership development activities

- 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in talent management, OD, or HR analytics, preferably in a matrixed global environment.
