Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Wells Engineer to join our team at Chevron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience working with wells.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement well engineering projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
Minimum 5 years of experience in well engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
