Nature of Job: This role holder enhances the customer experience and drive sales by creating visually appealing and effective displays that align with brand identity and retail strategy. Job Description: Responsible for look and feel of retail space that reflects the brand Collaborating closely with the design and product development teams to bring new collections and product launches to life through impactful visual displays, engaging promotions, and immersive customer experiences. Responsible for creating captivating and impactful visual displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience in our retail stores. Conceptualizing and executing product displays, selecting props and fixtures such as jewellery display trays, neck forms, jewellery boxes, and gifting items, and creating focal points that draw customer attention Manage in-store communications, outdoor signage, advertisements, and promotions to ensure a cohesive brand message Implement and be able to upgrade visual merchandising standards to improve product display and store image Work with professionals in creating AutoCAD final showroom and outer wall branding designs Developing innovative display concepts, coordinating with vendors on product samples and display materials, and creating sample layouts to guide the production of displays for any products Work closely with the creative design team and external consultants to understand the desired mood and atmosphere for each display, incorporating that vision throughout the creative process Staying relevant on the latest visual merchandising innovations and trends in the retail industry, analyze competition to ensure store displays are modern, engaging, and compliant with the brand strategy and values. Exceptional ability to translate high-level concepts into tangible, visually striking product displays that drive customer interest and sales Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer Plan and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies for major fashion events conducted by VBJ. Develop interior concept designs, select materials, oversee production, finalize vendors, create mood boards, conduct vendor site visits, and work closely with the interior, structural, and facade architects as well as HVAC, electrical, and lighting consultants to ensure smooth handover to the operations team Creating detailed planograms and merchandising plans that optimize stock allocation and display for each store section, taking into account the number and weight of pieces for each store Collaborate with the merchandising team on stock allocation plans, get store layouts approved by senior management, and provide indent drawings to architects for development. Involves in specifying the materials and durability of display items, managing timelines, overseeing the fabrication and QC process, and coordinating with exhibition and design agencies to bring creative concepts to life Conceptualizing, captivating booth designs, eye-catching product displays, and innovative visual marketing materials that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience. Preferred candidate profile: * 8-12 Years of Experience in Visual Merchandiser. * Proficiency in VM Tools like CAD, Adobe Creative Suite or other Design Software. * A Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fashion, Interior Design or related Field in National Institute of Fashion Technology ( NIFT) . * Excellent project management skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
