Job Title: Lead US Recruiter Company : Academian Job Type: Full-Time Experience : 4-5 Years Location : Pune (Must be available to work in IST and EST hours) Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focused on sourcing IT, Non-IT, and SMEs for the US-based EdTech domain . • Develop and implement best practices to source, screen, and engage top-tier talent in the EdTech domain. • Collaborate closely with US-based hiring managers and stakeholders to meet hiring objectives across multiple domains. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Requirements: Experience: 4-5 years of sourcing experience, ideally focused on US-based roles. Skills: • Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with a "people person" attitude. • Data Management: Proficiency in managing and reporting recruitment data, with attention to detail. • Time Flexibility: Willingness to work in both IST and EST time zones. • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the EdTech sector. • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools. • Understanding of US recruitment regulations and best practices.
