Lead UI Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer with over 6 years of experience in building user interfaces for applications using React JS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating highly scalable and fault-tolerant applications, with AWS experience being a preferred qualification. This role involves working closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences. Key Responsibilities: User Interface Development: Develop and maintain responsive and efficient user interfaces using React JS. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications and ensure a high-quality user experience. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement best practices for performance profiling and debugging. Component Design and Architecture: Design reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and discussions. Code Quality and Maintenance: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes. Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing and participate in the development of automated testing processes. Troubleshoot and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues. Cloud Integration: Utilize AWS services to enhance application performance and deployment processes, if applicable. Basic Qualifications: bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Over 6 years of professional experience in UI development. Strong proficiency in React JS and its core principles. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with backend services. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
