Role & responsibilities Must be a graduate or postgraduate. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Training, preparing training materials, implement and monitor training programs. Must be well versed with training needs identification, gap analysis process and creating remediation plans Develop and implement training programs that are aligned with business objectives, including design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments. Must be willing to work in night shifts/ rotational shifts. Create brochures and training materials. Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations. Create testing and evaluation processes. Prepare and implement training budget. Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly. Conduct performance evaluations. Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Manage staff of classroom facilitators & Provide performance feedback. Conduct continuing education training. Provide leadership development education. Build solid cross-functional relationships. Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management. Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets. Assist with the development of strategic plans. Shall understand and abide by the organizationss information security policy and protect the confidentiality , integrity and availability of all information assets. Shall report incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities. Minimum Qualification: Degree / Global Accent Trainer - American Accent Minimum Experience and skills 7+ Years experience To be able to prepare training content.
