About The Project The Microservices Lead Technical Architect is responsible for guiding the design and implementation of microservices architectures within the organization. This role involves leading (technically and not line management) a team of developers to create scalable, resilient, and high-performance microservices that meet business requirements. The Lead Technical Specialist will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define technical specifications and ensure best practices in coding and deployment. Additionally, this position requires mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement, and staying abreast of emerging technologies in microservices and cloud-native development. This role needs hands-on coding persona. What You ll Do Design and develop solutions using defined coding, documentation and configuration management techniques and technologies Design, test and implement the software development methodology in an agile environment Work with Product Owners and team members to estimate development effort for User Stories/Features Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms, proactively improving the quality of our offerings Collaborate cross-functionally with business/product colleagues, and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions Provide recommendations for continuous improvement Work with Service Delivery / Support to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Lead the team by building a team environment where team members feel safe to ask any question, raise any idea, state a problem Unleash your potential To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include: B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 8+ years of relevant experience. Preferably in Finance / wealth management. Hands on experience in Java, Micronaut/Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Groovy Grails, Kafka, Git, React or Angular, JavaScript, Typescript Docker, Kubernetes, Groovy Grails, MongoDB Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and team management/building skills Successful track record of developing products within deadlines Establish & enforce code review process Nurture team towards self-learning & being self-reliant Working at Bravura Our people are the heart of our business.
