Role & responsibilities The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR strategy around talent acquisition, expatriate hiring, internal communication platforms, and employer branding. The role is responsible for driving strategic HR interventions that align with Companys organizational vision, values, and culture. This position will be instrumental in positioning the Company as an employer of choice in the industry, attracting top-tier talent and ensuring a strong, consistent employer brand both internally and externally. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Process Execution - Develop and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the long-term goals of the organization, addressing both immediate hiring needs and future talent pipelines Campus Recruitment - strategically design and execute campus recruitment drive from reputed engineering colleges, business schools and other premier National/International institute to attract high-Caliber talent Sourcing Strategy - Optimize sourcing mix-consultant, Internal Job Postings and job board, while strengthening the Companys employer brand to ensure a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline Internal Rewards and Recognition Platform - Will oversee and monitor the overall rewards and recognition program of the Company, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals. Will be responsible for promoting a culture of recognition based on performance & potential Brand Building - Design and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to position the Organization as an employer of choice across prospective cohorts Preferred candidate profile: Educational qualifications : B.
