Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Systems Engineering Team undertaking the design and development of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. Manage team workloads to meet project timescales and demands Oversee/Undertake requirements definition, management and conformance verification Support flight-tests and evaluation Mentoring and Guidance of members of the team. Help to create an inclusive workplace, championing collaboration and innovation. Qualification/Experience: Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Aeronautical engineering. Experience of managing a delivery-focused team, managing tension between requirements and delivery. Have 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering You are awesome if you have Experience of building vehicles, robots or other complex systems Experience in working on complex projects Knowledge of Embedded Systems Have exposure to coding/scripting esp. in C / C++ / Python Desired Skills Knowledge of UAS hardware, software & sensors. Expert knowledge of UAV configuration, autopilot tuning, payload integration Pixhawk autopilot | Ardupilot | Mavlink Leadership skills Problem Solving Attitude Documentation skills Interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
