Lead Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the nursing team in providing dialysis treatment and patient care.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
Assist doctors and technicians in handling emergencies and special cases.
Oversee patient records, documentation, and reports as per protocol.
Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of junior nursing staff.
Maintain adequate stock of medical and dialysis supplies.
Coordinate with clinical, technical, and administrative teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with NABH and organizational quality standards.
Promote a patient-centric, empathetic, and professional environment within the clinic.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).
Experience:
Minimum
3–5 years
of experience in dialysis or critical care; prior leadership experience preferred
Skills Required:

Strong clinical and leadership skills
Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities
Knowledge of dialysis procedures and emergency management
Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation
