Overview: As a Lead Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in researching industries, companies, and prospects, developing a strong point of view (PoV), and building L1 decks and proposals that support strategic business growth. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, research acumen, and business storytelling to help position V2Solutions effectively in the market. Key Responsibilities:1. Research Market Analysis Conduct in depth research on industries, companies, and prospective clients to identify trends and opportunities. Develop insightful PoVs that align with market needs and V2Solutions capabilities. Track competitor movements, technology trends, and business shifts to inform strategic recommendations. 2. Content Development Business Storytelling Create Level 1 (L1) decks that effectively communicate business solutions and value propositions. Convert research insights into compelling presentations, reports, and strategic briefs. Work with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives. 3. Proposal Pre Sales Support Assist in developing high impact proposals, RFP responses, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling solution narratives tailored to client needs. Provide research backed insights to support pre sales and business development efforts. Key Skills Qualifications: 8 11 years of experience in business research, consulting, solutions analysis, or pre sales roles. Strong ability to synthesize complex market research into actionable insights. Proven experience in developing business presentations (L1 decks) and proposals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for business storytelling. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and research tools. Understanding of digital transformation, technology solutions, and IT services is a plus.
