Role & responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions in accordance with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role. 8+ years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C# or similar. Experience with software development frameworks and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Prior experience in working in product development companies .
