What You Will Be Doing
- Design and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Shepherd user stories from conception to delivery; refine requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend code, conduct comprehensive testing, and release to production
- Identify and Resolve Bugs: Trace issues to their root causes, address underlying problems rather than superficial symptoms, and prevent regressions through strategic testing
- Elevate Code Standards: Assess plans and pull requests for clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt from accumulating

- Crafting pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backends without purpose
- Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying challenge
- Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating with others
- Merely delivering features; you will own the resolution of genuine problems

- Applying AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys quickly, and remains maintainable over time
Basic Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience writing production code for web applications' frontend and backend (any framework).
- Strong ownership: Demonstrated experience owning complete modules, product features, or teams, not just contributing siloed tasks
- Independent execution: The ability to unblock yourself, set your own pace, and find paths forward in ambiguous situations
- Experience in using generative A.I. in your day-to-day development work

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
