EPAM Anywhere is looking for Lead Software Engineer (Generative AI Java) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Java to join our team at EPAM Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience working with generative AI models.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software systems using Java and Generative AI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on coding practices and techniques.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase quality.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
Experience with Generative AI models and their applications is required.
