Job Description Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of experience in native mobile app development (iOS/Android) with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proficiency in iOS development (Swift, Objective-C). Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Experience with mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and scaling techniques. Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Nice to Have Good understanding of Android development (Kotlin, Java) Familiarity with mobile app security best practices. Experience working with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.) and third-party APIs. Knowledge of App Store/Google Play Store submission processes and guidelines. Familiarity with mobile analytics and performance monitoring tools.
