Job Description

Lead end-to-end software development using the .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC).
Architect and implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams product managers, designers, engineers to define and deliver technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Optimize development processes for efficiency and scalability.
Manage project timelines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC.
Strong SQL skills: Ability to write complex queries, understand relational data models, and troubleshoot database-related issues effectively.
Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, dependency injection.
Proficiency in client-side scripting (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
