Role:Lead Scrum Master
Location: Ahmedabad
Team: Lead multiple Agile teams, drive Agile transformation, and deliver strategic business outcomes across domains.

Impact:

• Act as the senior-most Agile leader, guiding multiple scrum teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and delivery excellence.

• Influence organizational strategy, Agile adoption, and process improvement at scale.

• Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery leads.

• Drive cross-team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure alignment of Agile delivery with business goals and customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups) for multiple teams or programs.

• Coach teams and leaders in Agile best practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.

• Remove organizational impediments and escalate risks to senior stakeholders.

• Oversee delivery pipelines, manage dependencies, and ensure timely rollout of solutions.

• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and empowerment.

• Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend innovative solutions.

• Report on delivery metrics, Agile maturity, and project health to senior leadership.

• Drive strategic initiatives for Agile transformation and process optimization.

• Mentor and develop project managers, Scrum Masters, and Agile practitioners.

• Support change management and organizational agility at scale.

What Were Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role.

• Proven track record in leading Agile teams or programs.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.).

• Experience mentoring and developing Agile talent.

• Strategic thinking and ability to influence organizational change.

• Experience with large-scale Agile transformations.

• Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
