Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions for Lead to Opportunity lifecycle management Develop and implement lead assignment, routing, and scoring models to improve conversion rates. Build scalable automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder to enhance lead nurturing and opportunity creation Optimize lead conversion processes by implementing best practices for data integrity, duplicate management, and validation rules Design and implement robust opportunity management workflows, forecasting, and pipeline tracking Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate Salesforce with external lead sources, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications Develop and maintain custom API integrations to synchronize lead and opportunity data across systems Define and enforce data governance policies to ensure clean and accurate lead and opportunity records Implement AI-powered lead qualification and predictive analytics to improve sales efficiency Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for a team of Salesforce developers Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and security assessments to maintain a high-performing Salesforce environment Work closely with stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations, to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and enhancements, implementing relevant features to drive innovation Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and documentation efforts to improve adoption and system usability Qualifications Experience 9+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 6+ years specializing in Lead to Opportunity processes Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and forecasting. Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy. Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation tools, lead capture forms, and external data sources. Strong knowledge of API development, middleware solutions, and event-driven architecture Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, deduplication strategies, and process optimization. Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and deployment automation. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to collaborate across teams Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, or Application/System Architect are highly preferred Knowledge of AI-driven lead scoring and predictive analytics is a plus
