As a Lead Researcher / Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality lead generation by mining, curating, and verifying data that aligns with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will work closely with outreach and sales teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and ensure accurate targeting of key decision-makers. This role blends analytical rigor with creative problem-solving and requires hands-on experience with advanced data tools and platforms. You will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of outreach campaigns, contributing to growth and strategic initiatives. The position offers a dynamic, remote work environment with exposure to top-tier US brands and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Accountabilities
  • Lead data mining and list building using platforms such as LinkedIn, Amazon Seller Central, and other databases to identify high-value prospects.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by validating emails, decision-maker details, and business information with tools like NeverBounce or ZeroBounce.
  • Cross-reference company and contact information to map organizational hierarchies and identify relevant stakeholders (e.g., Founder, CEO, eCommerce Manager).
  • Monitor trigger events such as stockouts, listing suppressions, and ad spend inefficiencies to identify timely outreach opportunities.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and market analysis using tools like SellerApp, DataHawk, and Helium 10 to guide strategic targeting.
  • Analyze PPC and SEO patterns to identify opportunities for optimized campaigns and better market positioning.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings to support team decisions and campaign planning.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in data mining, lead generation, and list building using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, SellerSprite, Helium 10, Keepa, and Jungle Scout.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify decision-makers and cross-reference company data.
  • Familiarity with scraping and data extraction techniques from Amazon Seller Central, LinkedIn, and other databases.
  • Strong knowledge of email verification tools to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track market signals and trigger events that indicate outreach opportunities.
  • Experience in competitive benchmarking and assessing market trends using tools like SellerApp, DataHawk, or FlatFilePro.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage large datasets effectively.
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns, SEO keywords, and search share analysis for market intelligence.
  • Preferred: prior experience in eCommerce, Amazon marketplaces, or B2B environments; ability to work independently; strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
