Secure Meters Limited is hiring Lead Requirement Architect. Job Description- Lead Requirement Analysis (RA)’ and ‘User Experience (UX)’ teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with program milestones Develop and manage complete, user-focused requirements throughout the development lifecycle Promote best practices in requirements elicitation, visualization, and stakeholder engagement Guide UX integration with user stories, storyboarding, personas, wireframes and mockups Oversee risk management and cost considerations across system deliverables Maintain strong team dynamics, skill development, and motivation Key Performance Indicators- Alignment of requirements with program scope and vision Effective stakeholder validation and prioritization of requirements Timely delivery of user-centered artifacts (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) Minimization of requirement changes and post-delivery defects High cohesion between RA & UX teams
