Role & responsibilities : Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators to meet staffing targets and deliver exceptional service to clients. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages with clients and candidates. Track and report on key staffing metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional development. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and operations, to ensure smooth execution of staffing processes. Year of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
