Roles and Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within the organization. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in both IT and non-IT domains. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards. Job Requirements : 0-8 years of experience in headhunting, leadership hiring, niche hiring, or consultancy roles. Strong understanding of IT recruitment and lateral hiring processes. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
