Job Description

We are looking for Lead Recruiters to drive our hiring efforts and attract top talent for key roles in embedded systems, hardware, supply chain, quality, production, and sourcing . Role & responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent through job portals, referrals, and proactive headhunting. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights. Process Optimization: Implement best hiring practices to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-hire. Employer Branding: Represent Matter Motors in the talent market, ensuring a strong employer presence. Preferred candidate profile 8-13 years of experience in automotive recruitment (embedded, hardware, SCM, production, sourcing, etc.). Strong expertise in technical hiring and understanding of the talent landscape. Proven ability to drive high-volume and niche hiring . Experience in stakeholder management and influencing hiring decisions . Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience using ATS and analytics tools.
