Lead Recruiters are experts in their craft, focused on job seekers and our consultants and ultimate role model of what we want a Professional Recruiter to emulate. In addition to leading from the front in performance, they are expected to help manage Jr Professional Recruiters and team overall performance alongside the local Recruiting Manager. It's a hybrid Leadership role that requires someone to be passionate about developing others and a team while also enjoying the hands-on recruiting aspect of the job. Our Lead Recruiters are seen as the highest level of Pro Recruiting, we have in the company. MUST HAVES 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience. Any previous leadership experience with a proven track record of performance. Ideally, this candidate is still actively recruiting in a full-time capacity in their current role. Career longevity in previous roles. Experience in full life cycle recruiting (source, screen, onboarding, and consultant management) in the India market. Have a background and willingness to be in a high call volume environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word). Experience using job boards or other recruiting platforms like or like Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, and/or Career Builder. Possess a strong understanding of pay rate negation. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Flexible hours may be needed to support customers in different time zones. PLUSSES Previous staffing company experience.
