Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cucumber Azure Java TestNG and Selenium. Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Cucumber Selenium and TestNG.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the software development lifecycle.Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes are followed using Azure DevOps.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.Monitor and report on test execution progress and quality metrics.Identify and implement improvements to the testing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are met.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge.Ensure that all testing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications Possess strong experience in automated testing tools such as Cucumber Selenium and TestNG.Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages particularly Java.Have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
