Role & responsibilities Job Title: Lead QA Location: HYD or BLR - WFO on Hybrid Model (3 days in a week ) A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance A minimum of 4+ years of experience in leading Quality Assurance teams (Minimum of 5+ team members) A minimum of 8+ years experience in manual testing and design test plan/ strategy and test cases A minimum of 7+ years of experience in automation testing using UI (Selenium with Python/ Java/ C#) and Mobile automation (Appium with Python/ Java) Design and implemented different automation framework Primary Skills (Must have experience): Experience in manual testing and design test plan/ strategy and test cases Experience in automation testing using UI (Selenium with Python/ Java/ C#) and Mobile automation (Appium with Python/ Java) Design and implemented different automation framework Knowledge of web application testing Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, and automation testing Experience in evaluating tools as per project needs Disciplined approach to testing and documentation Ability to define and document best practices and standards and always on lookout of new ways to improving the QA process Experience in interacting with customers and understand their requirements Experience in creating quality dashboards and other metrics Experience with defect reporting and escalation procedures to Senior Management Strong organization, collaboration, and time management skills Must be good in mentoring team member Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Team-player attitude and the ability to work in a multi-tasking, cross-collaborative fast spaced environment, driving other people for the common goal Must be able to identify and learn new technologies quickly Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction Secondary Skills: Certification in software testing or quality assurance. Experience with SQL query design Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
