Role Overview As a Lead Python Developer at Arise Tech Global, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of backend systems using Python (FastAPI). You will architect scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs, implement and optimize Docker containers with best practices, manage container orchestration using Kubernetes, oversee and refine CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive architectural decisions for performance and scalability.
