You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of our Python-based applications, guiding a team of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications and services. Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and optimal performance. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other teams to define technical requirements and project timelines. Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to improve performance and maintainability. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Guide and enforce Agile development practices, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience in Python development. Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL). Solid understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git). Experience in leading development teams and driving technical decisions. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, etc.). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
