As part of the Power & Signal Business Unit (PSBU) in Molex, you will be involved in offering innovative and integrated solutions for cable assemblies and electronic solutions, supporting a global customer base across various market segments such as consumer, automotive, datacom, and medical. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of project engineers to deliver commitments to customers through the Product Development Process (PDP) while ensuring compliance with customers" requirements - Provide cross-functional leadership to achieve yearly new product revenue goals and growth expectations - Collaborate with stakeholders globally to align with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices - Manage critical project milestones, reviews, and decisions to meet customer requirements - Supervise and mentor project engineers, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment - Ensure adherence to established project management processes, methodologies, and best practices - Manage resources effectively to optimize project performance and meet milestones - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related field - 8+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role - Understanding of the entire PLM cycle including product design, development, validation, and part qualification - Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills - Collaborative attitude with a focus on building strong working relationships across departments **Additional Details:** Founded in 1938 and owned by Koch Industries, Molex is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic interconnection systems, offering a wide range of products across various industries.
