Job Description

As an Lead - Project Management you will be responsible for understanding our clients roadmap, preparing and understanding documents, managing internal stakeholders, and ensuring successful project management. For one in the Seat: Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Coordinate and manage project resources, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and efficient execution. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for project-related matters. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment between project objectives and deliverables. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Conduct thorough project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, including key metrics, milestones achieved, risks, and issues, to project sponsors, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Communicate project updates and progress through presentations, meetings, and written documentation. Engage in effective and timely communication with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Who we're looking for: At least 4+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. Good experience in making PRD, BRD (scope of work, user stories, prototypes) Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile frameworks, and project management best practices. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications are a plus.
