Job Description 6+ years of relevant agile project management experience in Software Development Industry. Must have Knowledge of Agile Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA or equivalent. Good mix of both business and technical background to be able to effectively interact/assist with different teams. Understanding the requirement documents and converting into user stories. Experience with release planning, dependency discussions, work experience with UI applications would be an added advantage. Ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking techniques to analyse problems, develop solutions or manage risk. Experience with CI/CD deployment of cloud solutions a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT teams. Must have experience in working with globally distributed teams. Project management certification (PMP/Agile/Scrum Master) is a plus. The role requires adaptability in work schedules, allowing for flexible start and end times based on project needs and individual productivity. Candidates should be able to manage their time effectively while ensuring alignment with team collaboration, deadlines, and business priorities.
