Role Contour: Manage and lead product design and related activities for driving shared business goals with International Business Partners. Job Responsibilities: Lead the design decisions for transforming user/customer experience and journey of NIPL product and offerings Comprehend business requirements, customer needs, and technology constraints through market assessment and partner identification research to define actions for simpler user-centric product design Oversee design creation and validation based on feasibility analysis, analysis of payment industry, demand forecasting and risk profiling using experiments and prototypes. Liaise with teams like technology, operations, and the senior management to understand potential partnership requirements on scope and deliverables to deliver product designs efficiently and decide on transaction flow and system requirements. Manage relationships with other business teams to develop a roadmap for enabling and improving the product design. Skills & Qualifications: 7+ work experience in business operations, alliances and schemes preferably in BFSI - payments industry MBA from a reputed college. Proven experience in product management, product design & development, alliances & partnership strategy. Expert knowledge in managing stakeholders, providing solutions and engaging the customer. Top notch verbal & written communication skills and influencing skills.
