Job Description

As a Lead Application Engineer specializing in Power Platform at Tiger Analytics, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft PowerApps, build interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI, and utilize Python for data processing and automation scripts within Power Platform solutions. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, testing, and ensuring high-quality deployments. While experience with UiPath is desirable, it is not mandatory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps). - Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring accurate data modeling and DAX calculations. - Utilize Python for data processing, automation scripts, and advanced analytics integration within Power Platform solutions. - Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows for business process automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. - Maintain documentation, perform testing, and ensure high-quality deployments. - Leverage UiPath for RPA-related tasks (optional but desirable). **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in PowerApps including Canvas & Model-driven app development, formulas, and connectors. - Strong skills in Power BI encompassing data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and report/dashboard creation. - Experience with Python for data handling, automation scripts, and integration with Power Platform. - Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem including Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure services. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Desirable Skills:** - Knowledge of building automation workflows using UiPath Studio. - Experience with RPA, API integrations, or enterprise automation tools. - Familiarity with ALM, CI/CD for Power Platform solutions.
