Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, data & systems management, employee lifecycle management, query & vendor management, HR compliance, and future readiness initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating with various functional partners such as Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure smooth HR operations. Additionally, you will be driving process improvements and exploring opportunities for automation and digital HR processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily execution of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness. - Oversee documentation, file management, and ensure proper maintenance of employee records. - Establish processes and protocols for the HR Operations team and coordinate across different functional partners. - Maintain and update HR systems with accurate employee data. - Generate and review ad hoc reports for HR and business leaders. - Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities including documentation, system setup, letters, and orientation. - Support exit process, conduct exit documentation, and ensure compliance in final settlements. - Handle employee queries promptly and effectively, ensuring strong service orientation. - Manage external HR vendors, ensuring performance against SLAs and compliance with organizational policies. - Drive improvements towards end-to-end onboarding streamlining, automation, and digital HR processes. - Identify gaps and propose process improvements for operational efficiency. - Support in creating a globally centralized and standardized people operations and HR technology framework. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). - Above 10 years of HR operations experience with at least 3 to 5 years in a supervisory/lead role. - 5-7 years of experience with enterprise-level HRIS; proven ability for system enhancements and integrations. - Experience working on multiple HRIS platforms (workday, oracle cloud, SuccessFactors) would be an added advantage. - Proven experience in vendor management and HR process automation. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven experience with data integrity and accuracy with high attention to detail and a history in managing confidential information.,
