  • Lead, mentor, and develop the APAC Data Operations Analyst team, fostering a high-performance, quality-focused culture across the region.
  • Manage regional staffing, capacity planning, and workload distribution to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely delivery across high-volume onboarding demands.

  • Lead operational fulfillment and data response inputs for all regional RFP submissions, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and timely delivery.
  • Provide strategic oversight of data governance and quality standards, leveraging advanced analytical approaches and compliance expertise to protect the integrity of data across products.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert on maritime regulations including IMO DCS, EU MRV, and CII, as well as Classification Society requirements such as Class NK, DNV, and LR.
  • Guide teams through complex data verification processes and ensure timely, compliant submissions to external bodies.
  • Assess and continuously optimize regional operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term capacity growth.
  • Prioritize process improvements that reduce operational bottlenecks and support sustainable regional expansion.
  • Represent regional operational priorities and customer insights to influence the global Product roadmap, advocating for APAC-specific data requirements and operational enhancements.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Five or more years of maritime industry experience, with a strong and proven understanding of the shipping industry, vessel operations, maritime data reporting structures, and emissions regulations and compliance.
  • Four or more years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor data professionals, ideally managing teams of five or more people.
  • Strong experience in capacity planning, operational forecasting, and strategic resource allocation in a complex operational environment.
