Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead of Network & VOIP Solutions located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Lead of Network and VoIP operations role will provide technical expertise and senior leadership to manage all aspects of network operations for the Vialto Partner's global infrastructure, including wide-area networks, cloud datacenter networks, and campus/corporate networks. This is a critical role with overall technical operations responsibility and accountability to deliver best-in-class network availability, security and performance to all of Vialto Partners's internal and external customers. The successful candidate will provide vision, direction, and leadership for the global Network Engineering, NOC, and VoIP teams for Vialto Partner's. This position is a key leader for the infrastructure team and will be collaborating with other teams internationally across the organization. Job Scope The successful candidate will provide β β Senior technical leadership and expertise across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Cloud infrastructure, Unified Communications, and VPN operating environments supporting cloud data centers and approximately 140 global offices as well as a mobile workforce β Manage service providers across different countries to support a global network infrastructure β The successful candidate will have responsibility and accountability across several key areas, including: Operations planning, strategy & continuous improvement efforts Network tools selection, operations, and administration Establish best-practice methodologies based on metrics-based KPIs for incident/change/problem management in a global, 24x7, high-availability, critical production environment Support application performance over a global network utilizing the public internet as the primary backbone. Drive the development of innovative network operations processes and tools from concept to delivery Provide project leadership for network technology deployments for LAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks to manage demands from projects and technology upgrades including recommendations for vendor tools/solutions and global alignment of networks. Oversee network operations projects, including budgeting, planning, implementation, maintenance, administration, staffing and logistics for an international organization. Strong understanding of budgets and financials, and measuring business value with ability to manage projects to budgets Manage oversight of complex network operations processes based on a combination of vendors, custom solutions, and internal resources. Support adoption of new technologies and tools, and recommend capability improvements to network and security operations. Analyze networks from a cost, capacity, and forecast perspective, and evaluate new network operations technologies and applications. Develop strategic roadmaps to ensure network operations goals are met. Work closely with other departments to proactively ensure network operations capabilities are capable of handling emerging and future business requirements. Ensure service-level targets are met, and address all service-level complaints. Ensure network operations are conducted according to corporate standards, and in compliance with external standards as defined in company objectives Network operations incident management, change management and problem management, as well as network security function Provide subject matter expertise in interactions with partners and customers, program manage collaboration projects externally and internally. Responsible for efficient management of technology portfolio including hardware, SD-WAN circuits and contracts, contract services Required Experience Twelve (12) years of advanced level experience working with networking hardware and software including network design and implementation. Eight (8) years supervision and management experience of a technical network management team of at least 15 technicians. Demonstrated knowledge of network service delivery to include availability, reliability, security, administration and management, capacity planning, life-cycle management, roadmap, inventories, etc. Experience in managing technical projects through a project management process and relevant tools to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of project deliverables. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing a complex budget through the planning, budgeting, and operations for multiple budgets within the unit. Additional Qualifications Considered β CCNP, CCIE, or related industry certifications. β Expert level knowledge in routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. β Experience in supporting Zscaler Private Access and Zscaler Digital Experience β Experience in supporting cloud-based network infrastructure including Azure. β Experience in supporting or delivering technology services for a global organization.
